Celebrating all things PURE MICHIGAN, Angie recently returned to her home state with her talents from Chicago's culinary circle to celebrate the artistic crafting of Michigan produced spirits by educating the public and industry professionals on properly balanced classic cocktails using seasonally-fresh and locally sourced ingredients via cocktail demonstrations, spirited dinners, mixology classes and spirited signature events held at restaurants, bars, tasting rooms and event spaces throughout the State of Michigan.

Formerly an adjunct professor at Chicago's Kendall College, Angie instructed HOS 123 (Mixology) offered through the Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage and Hospitality Departments and was the Festival Mixologist for the Chicago Food Film Festival held at Kendall College in 2009 and 2010.  She was also the Resident Mixologist at Cooking Fools in Wicker Park, Chicago, and Flavour Cooking School in Forest Park, where she instructed a series of Mixology classes for home entertainment.

A true "Traveling Elixir Fixer," you can regularly find Angie hanging her hat and mixing up her signature Elixirs at special events held at various bars, restaurants and event space venues throughout Michigan.  She also instructs private, in-home mixology classes and demonstrations as well as "spirited" dinner demonstrations.

Angie offers consultation services to industry personnel and beverage professionals who want to further their knowledge and skills in seasonally-fresh cocktail programs and prohibition classic cocktail styles via cocktail menu implementation, employee educational seminars, team-building exercises, spirited events and brand marketing and consultation.
